Super Star Car Wash - Val Vista Dr & Riggs Rd

Before you enter the car wash there is a person who will spray soap on your car. I've only used this place twice and both times they only sprayed the front fender and nothing else and immediately dropped everything and walked off once I placed my car in neutral. Both times I've left with bugs still covering my car and side mirrors. Some positives though if you don't have bug splatters and your car is just dusty it will definitely clean it. I also do appreciate the vacuums when they aren't clogged. That's not the car washes fault though that's from customers trying to suck up trash. I also like that you do get Interior wipes and air fresheners. Plus the air chuck and free towels are a plus. I would still come back though.

We love this car wash! There’s never a line and this location is very easy to get to and exit back on the main road. Very conveniently located also to stop by when out running errands. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Keith. Always greet customers with a smile.

I was experiencing some membership problems luckily everyone was aware of the situation and was letting me through but nobody could fix my membership problem. I planned to cancel the whole thing completely and go somewhere else but Bear was able to assist me and resolve the whole problem that had been going on for over a month! He provided excellent customer assistance and guided me through the problem leaving satisfied and with a membership! Thank you Bear!!!

Super Star Car Wash needs serious attention. Gave it another shot, but my car came out as dirty as it went in—half the nozzles are broken or leaking, barely any soap, and the place looks held together by duct tape. No towels to dry my car (see photos), and the vacuums were blowing air instead of sucking. Customer service? Nonexistent. I want a refund for the “buy one, get one” deal, but good luck with that. This felt like a scam. Management, please fix the equipment, stock supplies, and train staff. I want to support local, but this is unacceptable. Do better. Any positive comments have go to be bots or paid advertisement, or simply have never had a decent car wash. period.

While going through, something inside the wash struck my windshield and caused a crack. My passenger side mirror was also thrown off. I notified the staff immediately and was told that they would “take care of it”. I took photos immediately that clearly show the point of impact. Despite this, the business is claiming it was a “thermal crack” — which is impossible given the evidence and the fact that my truck is only 3 months old. I have contacted them 5 times now and have never received an email or phone call back. I pay my membership monthly and have been left holding the bag.
